The playstation 3 is finally coming to singapore, and is gonna cost SGD 799 ( USD 525 ) for the 60 GB version. Downside is that the launch will include a grand total of ….. 200 sets. A little disappointing, but perhaps that’s the only way to ensure that there’s a sellout. The Nintendo Wii has not reached Singaporean shores as of yet, so the PS3 has a little advantage. The XBOX 360 and the Xbox Live service has been fairly well established, and Sony is gonna have to show a good lineup of attractive games if the PS3 is gonna have the same success that the PS2 has experienced.
